Actually I think the kid playing Aang is part Asian. But heck nobody is allowed to say that Obama is half white so... *shrugs*

I hope there's more levity in the movie than what was depicted in the trailer, given that Aang has many prankster tendencies. I don't have much hope for Little Mister Stoneface they have cast as Aang, and the idea of Avatar that's 100% SERIOUS BIDNESS is worrying.

Well of course A lot of things look better in cartoon form with a high budget because of squash and stretch and a cartoon's ability to defy normal human ability and physics.

I like the enthusiasm of the Fire Nation. Somehow the moves look better in the cartoon. I loved the series so we'll see.

Well, let's join the conversation by saying I too have dated an Asian. Not a girl mind you XD but yes. Awww, cute guy from Taiwan that knew how to dance.
So yeah, I think Asians are attractive as well
But alas, I ended with a mutt such as myself for a boyfriend.

Also, the majority in my lab are Chinese 10:4 actually...

Edit: On topic, I wonder if they'll paint Aang's tattoo blue like...
