No, please, we need more "big words." CT, if you think you are not college worthy, you should raise your standards and try to get there. If I'm interpreting that right, do you really not care about being intelligent?

I know I'm dragging up an old topic, (I don't remember it well myself) but it's one I'd like to talk about since I find it interesting how popular opinion in this community works. It seems like when others here say people don't read my posts because of my history, and I'm the one pointing to the posting style, they say posting style changes are superficial, yet when I'm the one talking about my 'history' and where the rest of the site might have gotten it wrong, they then say it's the longwindedness. But I'll leave it there for now until I get responses. (Assuming I will)

Matt, as usual, these are the things you are doing:

1. Assuming that a small number of people represent the larger population. Not many say that posting style is not a deterrent to reading.

2. Expecting consistency. The fact is that humans rarely know why they like or dislike things. For example, I analyzed why people like certain stories. After attempting to learn by asking or reading opinions, I realized that many of the things they say are just rationalizations of the complex processes of the brain. This is often true of morals and opinions too. Sure, there is some conscious decision there, but a lot of not so rational things play a role with most people.

You often point out some inconsistency in "society's" views, which is an extremely good quality, except that you seem to assume that the audience agrees with or wants to defend those views, or that there is a rational reason that the views exist.

I can relate to this, and based on my experiences, I wonder if perhaps you are autistic, and also suggest NOT that you stop questioning, but that you try to understand that people are individuals and motivations are a product of wildly varied factors.

Your determination to learn and improve yourself is admirable too.

Thanks for reminding us why you are banned, stair, so that I won't have to bother with deliberations about said ban.
