Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	We're all trying to make an effort; it doesn't matter which one of us is doing something, it'll only matter if everyone here tries to actively post and try new scenarios for RPs. It'll take some time for momentum to build, but we're already having a little more activity than we used to. Good job so far, everyone, we'll be kicking it up soon.

The Evalc's continuation and the Transformers RP are going full speed. We have two Sonic based RP's moving along pretty quick as well. Also Cherry has a off the wall RP with some very good backstory to it that's giving some of the other ones a run for there money and gaining a few more people. ~Tobe

The games have very intricate stories, which makes them prime for roleplaying in my book. Since it's not a well known series I figured I'd try to first look for people who want to roleplay it rather than write an intro post and have it go to waste. So this is merely an invite to see if anyone else wishes to center a story in Phantomile. If you're interested, then reply. Even if I only get one person it'll be enough to motivate me to start a thread up for it.

I'd suggest brushing up by getting one of the games, though not all of them were released outside of Japan and Namco destroyed all the copies over here that didn't sell. The first game is so rare that it will run you about $60 on Amazon. Anyway, I'll begin it today and anyone who wants to join in can. Luckily any anthropomorphic characters fit in well with the world, so integrating won't be tough.

That was back when it was just the one game, and I haven't played any of the ones since, although I gather that there's a rather devoted fan following. For my part I rather liked the game, but I haven't played any since the first so I have no idea of any plot elements introduced since the first one. That was also years ago when I played it. Generally it's best to try to do as you said: describe everything as if this is the first time everyone is seeing this. Makes for a better story too. RPs that rely too much on the knowledge of a particular game or anime tend not to do as well unless everyone involved is familiar with it.

But what i want to ask, i have been on a search for someone to roleplay with. basically i want someone who feels they can roleplay the brotherhood of guardians well. it doesnt have to be all the guardians just a handful. My story well, two of my characters were planning to meet a friend of theirs on the edge of the floating island. The spell goes wrong and they end up in haven, of all places!. i imagine it to be kinda serious kinda humurous. anyone interested just say . btw would like to rp this on AIM, but i dont mind rping it on the forums : )

Unfortunatly, my flow fow writing buckles when my knowledge is poor on a subject. Archie RP's for instance I find really hard to sustain. Freestyling didn't work for me :P Good luck with your RP. I guess, people just stopped roleplaying on the site due to the extreme lack of activity that the guild seemed to generate at the time. Theres a good sort of RPs here, now, but awhile back it was what... 3 or so? Eh. It was in it's prime before the hack, but that's obvious. That's all I'm managing anyway.
