 that's pretty funny.metal sonic is the only thing fast enough to catch up with sonic. it's a classic, everyone loves the idea. he's so cool. and really shows eggman's skill in robotics. maybe metal will be in the PS3 sonic game. |

Except for Shadow and every single Game Gear intro where he's being outrun, and the racing games where Sonic's speed stat is usually 2-4th... Heck, being faster than Sonic isn't even an accomplishment in the series anymore, not being able to catch up with him is just a momenteus failure. *EDIT* To stop creating confusion, I have removed my mis-understanding section from this post. |

Metal Sonic has never created robots
i meant because eggman made metal it shows eggman's skill, and kinda proves he has a 300 I.Q i doubt they'll use shadow anymore and even if they do he won't be a bad guy. so shadow's running days with sonic are over. (it's metal's place anyway). |

What do you mean by Metal's intelligence? I thought Metal was at least as smart as Robotnik, since it can copy DNA and use it to it's own advantage.

That particular part of the reply was a mis-understanding and should be ignored, though I do insist that there's no evidence of Metal having supreme intellect to match Eggman's, just using the tools he was built with and staging a rebellion is not a 300IQ deal.

Now that is what I am talking about. Tails is better. Though in SA1 he did get is "tail" whipped when the Egg Cannon downed the Tornado 2.

Considering that Metal has been in Sonic Heroes and made a cameo in SA1 and SA2 I wouldn't be suprised if he shows up in another game at some point.

I played SA1 and it is in a stasis tube with Mecha, but I never played SA2. Where is it located at (so when I do play the game, I can find it.)

Well on Gamecube, he's an extra character for two player mode. I haven't seen him in the actual storyline though.

Also the reward for getting all emblems in the Gamecube version of SA1. He's a 2 player character in the Dreamcast version of SA2, but you need all A Ranks with Sonic to unlock him.
You DO get his mugshot on the VMU though, which is pretty nice. |

nobody reached a 300 I.Q in the real world. youd have to use all your brain power to be that smart, I guess. but 400? tails must be psychic. really though, an I.Q is only measured by someones academic knowledge. I dont believe in it. You have to have skill as well and Tails has that. so even if eggy has the I.Q tails still can be smarter because he has skill. P.S: craig your drawing reminds me of an anime i used to watch called "irresponsible captain Taylor"  I like your pic, he looks a lot like the captain. |

I agree. IQ means nothing. But it is fun being an Egghead (even though I have Dyslexia, I have an IQ of 120.

*Nodnod* It measures how fast your brain is able to work, how much common sense and logic you have and how able you are to retain information over a short period. If you can do all of that well, then learning new things is a piece of cake because it sticks, you understand it easily and it's fast.
People with lower IQs take more time to learn things and are a wee bit slower. With IQ ratings as high as Eggman and Tails (Ie: Unrealistically high) they have a photographic memory and near infinite storage capcity for the things they learn. But they still have to learn them. |
