I honestly don't know how to make this board better. I wouldn't even bring it up if it weren't for the fact that it seems to be a hot topic at the minute. But I'd rather have people admitting that there's a problem, even if they don't know what to do about it as an individual, than just ignoring it and hoping it will solve itself. That said I'm sure this posted will be wasted on you like the previous one.

Moreover I don't see why people couldn't name people they think are a nuisance so long as it doesn't devolve into outright bashing. This isn't an endorsement by the way, I just don't see where you got the idea that you can't moan. It's pretty much what the internet was made for.
