Uhh... how come I see people like "Rishi the Duck" and "Hukos the Duck". Because in quotes, it would look like "Hukos" and
"Rishi"...

It's through the forum's system. An admin can manipulate a user name. It could be by removing a .local account suffix (Like if my account were
satails.sonichqcommunity, it can be set to satails), or adding to them (like "the Duck").
