Though it sounds almost like a space version of the London Eye and the fact that the trip is 2.5 hours sounds disappointing, the experience must be worth it. I'd consider it a trip to the satellites more than a trip to the stars. Good on Mr. Branson, I hope that the endevour is profitable and the fuel is not uber expensive.

I'd consider it a trip to the satellites more than a trip to the stars> yeah, you wont get far. the original idea was a lot more cooler, but because of the cost of fuel they cut it short.. which is okay, i really dont want to have to use the bathroom in space also if it was a longer flight the price would be unimaginable high. and really, just to look down at earth, seeing it shrink and feeling the rush.... that's ultimate. i want to see something great like that. it's probably 10 times greater than any earth beauty we ever seen. and the whole ride it's self is a fantasy. <Just to clarify: this is a private enterprise using some of NASA's research tech.
